While you can create a Will online, many services that offer online wills are not law firms, cannot provide legal advice, or warn you of a potential mistake. Furthermore, the specifics of your online will may not hold up in court. This can make probate and other court matters incredibly complicated and financially costly. It is best to sit with a qualified estate planning attorney to ensure all these requirements are met, that there are no additional considerations to remember, and that your Will fully protects your family and stands the test of time.
