Kandis is known for her meticulous attention to detail, drafting skills, and a proactive, personal approach to the law. This helps keep cases moving forward efficiently ensuring that every client receives the one-on-one care and unrivaled dedication they deserve.

Kandis said she has seen Nelson Law Group’s distinguished reputation for excellence first-hand many times over the years. Not only did she become good friends with fellow paralegal Janene Koiner-Clark, but she also assisted on a four-year-long divorce case where Brett Nelson was the opposing counsel. Needless to say, Mr. Nelson respected her work ethic, versatility, and insistence on putting clients first and was eager to add her to our growing team.

Kandis and her husband Tony have been together for 12 years, having met on St. Patrick’s Day. They have two boys, Raylon and Layton, as well as two dogs, Alli and Turbo. Kandis and her family give new meaning to the term “diehard Dallas Cowboys fans.” They have season tickets to every home game and can easily be spotted in the middle of the tailgating section at AT&T Stadium with their decked-out Dallas Cowboys fan bus. Even the stop sign on the side of the bus reads, “Cowboys Fans Only.” In her free time, Kandis enjoys singing at church and cheering on her boys at their baseball and soccer games.
