Alayna Dorsey

Alayna is Nelson Law Group’s trusted file clerk. She joined the firm in June 2025, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Texas. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in teaching at Texas Woman’s University and, in addition to her keen interest in the law and embracing new challenges with our firm, is deeply passionate about fostering children’s growth and learning. Her duties at Nelson Law include organizing files, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting the needs of our attorneys and paralegals.
Looking ahead, Alayna’s goal is to one day open and run her own early childhood education center, complete with a curriculum she developed from scratch. She also dreams of writing children’s books and finding creative ways to teach and inspire through vivid and imaginative storytelling. Outside of work and school, Alayna enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael. The happy couple has been married for five years, though they’ve been together for 12.
Their 9-year-old dog, Sky, is the true heart of the family. Alayna also loves diving into DIY projects, getting lost in a great book, embracing her creative side, and taking on whatever creative challenges she can get her hands on next.
