Nelson Law Group PC seeks motivated and detail-oriented Summer Legal Interns to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field, working closely with our attorneys and staff on meaningful cases and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with legal research and drafting documents, including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
• Review and organize case files and evidence.
• Attend client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings as an observer.
• Support the preparation of legal documents and trial exhibits.
• Research relevant legal issues and case law.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with the legal team on special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited law school (rising 2L or 3L preferred).
• Strong academic performance and interest in [practice area].
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
